Um...so this popped up on the internets today. Judging by the box behind it the shifter will be sold seperately.
This could...you know....be a fake. But HOLY CRAP LOGITECH TAKE MY MONEY IF ITS REAL.

This never made any sense to me.

God dammit, First we have a consumer Oculus coming, now this? My wallet can only handle so much!
I imaging that there is a box within a box think going on with the shifter, at least I hope so.

This does not bode well for PC users.

IIRC the PlayStation-branded G27 and DFGT worked just fine on PC. It’s just USB.

Damn kinja... the pic didn’t crop properly.
I meant the grip at 10:30 & 1:30.

Oh, in that case I think it’s for like a 10 and 2 hand pattern?

I hope so. Hopefully it is somewhat affordable, as they have been selling the G27 at 300+for like 10 years.

I still have the G25 I bought in 2004. Works as well as the day I got it.

Could this be the centrepiece for my recycled car seat driving simulator? Survey says...

It’s for 9 and 3, and that’s where your thumbs go (underneath them). Gives them something to push on when going to/coming from full lock.

Many of the wants. I’m thinking redo the wheel surface with some purple alcantara, or you know whatever color, purple just popped to me.

Amazon has been selling the G27 for about $230 since mid-2011.

Yeah. I’m just being anal about the 9-3 grip.
Also, aren’t they preaching 8-4 now for traffic safety?

I should have qualified $300CAD+

Wow just checked and they are 202CAD on amazon.ca, not bad.

Well I believe 9 and 3 is the safest/most responsive position...

Based on the paddles and the base, this looks like a G25 with a “LOOK A STRIP ON TOP AND FLAT BOTTOM THAT MEANS RACE CAR” rim with a buttload more buttons on it. Hilarious if Logitech recycles the same internals *again* and charge for it like it’s a new design. If it isn’t the same internally, they might want to make the base look like it wasn’t made 10 years ago.

If it’s just the wheel, I would love to see compatibility with the pedals and shifter from the g27. Also, support for xb1, ps4, and PC.

CAD makes a difference. Sorry for assuming!

Doesn’t really look much different from the G27. The main differences are: the blue, the play station buttons, and it is flat bottomed. Paddles are the same as well. If it is the new G29, let’s hope it’s still affordable.

The bottom left and right buttons are from the Logitech GT Driving Force.

Yeah, noticed that too. Seems like a cash in, sadly.
